Bad experience sales and service I was there to change a tire. They told me to change and I accepted they find out I had the coverage they lied they said they couldn’t get in touch to I was there to change a tire. They told me to change and I accepted they find out I had the coverage they lied they said they couldn’t get in touch to find the coverage and tire didn’t have to be changed. I called the other office they said they did spoke to this dealer about the coverage. They just lied after trying to make me pay. More

Unnecessary delays and a lack of communication I dropped my car around 8 AM on Wednesday morning. I heard nothing. On Thursday around 2:30 I called for an update. I was told that they were still r I dropped my car around 8 AM on Wednesday morning. I heard nothing. On Thursday around 2:30 I called for an update. I was told that they were still running tests and the tech had several questions for me. I was told I would get a call back with an update. No call received. I called back. The adviser went to check with the tech. I was again told that the tech had several questions for me. I waited again for a call. Finally I called and said I needed the car back before 6 PM and it needed to be delivered. The car was delivered timely. I had an appointment on Wednesday morning. Why was it Thursday afternoon before anything was done? Why wasn’t I contacted about the questions the tech had? Why didn’t I receive call backs? I have had my car in for service 3 times and the problem hasn’t been fixed. Now I’m told you need to consult with the engineer to see if anyone else has the same problem with their keys. Will I be told the results? I suggested new keys. I was told no because you don’t have the necessary backup to have MB pay for them. Is that customer service? More

Reliable, Knowledgable, and Curteous We have used Mercedes of Ft Washington for about 15 years. They have always provided great service for us and kept our cars in excellent shape. More important, we had an issue with an expensive part and they became our advocate. To Mercedes of North America to cover the parts when I noted I had seen an issue by other owners on the web.
