My console indicated that I had a problem wih my battery. The service at the dealership as always is outstanding. Loyal Customer, thoroughly dissapointed Due to moving frequently, I have had my car serviced regularly at three different Mercedes Benz dealerships throughout the life of my car. I have alwa Due to moving frequently, I have had my car serviced regularly at three different Mercedes Benz dealerships throughout the life of my car. I have always built a good relationship with my service advisers and felt taken care of. My experience at Fort Washington Mercedes Benz was impersonal and unhelpful. I brought my car in for inspection and to have the windshield replaced. I was shocked to find the price of a windshield replacement was 3X the amount that my insurance quoted me. I have always been willing to pay for the Mercedes Benz experience, but this was absurd. As your service technician confirmed to me, "it's just glass, I wouldn't pay to have mine done here either." No one made any effort to make things right. The service technician knew I was unhappy that I had driven 45 minutes to get to your location. Instead, I was made to feel like a bother and that my business was not important. I left without my car inspected. If I am going to pay top dollar, I EXPECT TOP SERVICE. I will not return. More
