Dead Battery I needed roadside assistance on Sunday evening, due to a dead battery. When my AllState roadside assistance arrived and started the car, I drove it d I needed roadside assistance on Sunday evening, due to a dead battery. When my AllState roadside assistance arrived and started the car, I drove it directly to Ft. Washington Mercedes on Sunday evening -- and left it outside the service bay (dropping the key in the drop box). When I called early Monday morning at 7;30, my concerns were addressed quickly -- and my car was ready around noon -- with a new battery, and a diagnostic check. Kudos to Joanne Zaren, who handled my request, and tracked progress for me throughout the morning. I was very pleased -- as I always am with Ft. Washington service. More
