Poor Communication The repair was done correctly however the communication was poor. After dropping my new vehicle off to have a minor scratch repaired, (scratch was the The repair was done correctly however the communication was poor. After dropping my new vehicle off to have a minor scratch repaired, (scratch was there upon purchase) I was told it would be ready by the end of day. This timeline was acceptable since we had a family trip planned for the next few days. At the close of business that day, I called to pick up the car, and was told to call back in the morning. I then drove to the dealership, and spent over 15 minutes for someone to address my concern. I was told to call back in the morning, and that the car had to go to their body shop and would not be ready until the following day. The following day I received a call telling me that the car would not be ready until yet another day. When picking up the vehicle, I did receive an apology and acknowledgement that the lack of communication was unacceptable, but this was not enough since we had to cancel our family plans. More
