Disappointed this time with service. Estimate was off by $500. The service rep seemed rushed, appeared to have slight attitude when asked about the final Bill. When I picked up the car, my key was WRAPPE $500. The service rep seemed rushed, appeared to have slight attitude when asked about the final Bill. When I picked up the car, my key was WRAPPED MULTIPLE LAYERS WITH CLEAR TAPE!!!! I had to work to get all the tape off and it left a sticky residue. I tried “Goo be Gone” but that didn’t even help much. Why would you do that??!! Again, very disappointed this time. (My service person was not Ryan like it states below). I have had Derik Whitman for years and he is wonderful! Now, lately I am being shuffled around with different service people I don’t even know. More
