Poor service, Rep told me my car couldn't be inspected although they contacted me with an inspection appt and a Service A. When I went to pick up my car I'm told they can inspect it and now I have to wai although they contacted me with an inspection appt and a Service A. When I went to pick up my car I'm told they can inspect it and now I have to wait at the dealer (which defeats the purpose of dropping it off in the first place). The kicker is that the second rep was dishonest - telling me that he tried to call me to let me know the car could be inspected. I guest the 2nd rep forgot that when you call someone there is a missed call, a voicemail.... He never called me. Liar!! More

I was advised several months ago to have my airbag replaced but, because of Covid, I waited until I felt safer. I need not have been concerned. The service was efficient and professional, the waiting replaced but, because of Covid, I waited until I felt safer. I need not have been concerned. The service was efficient and professional, the waiting area spotless, and everyone was masked and sociallly distanced. My waiting time was less than anticipated, and no one even tried to sell me a car! This was my first time at MB of Fort Washington. Customer service is everything...MB has the best. More
