I brought in my car on 3/5 for schedule B service appt. I had to return to the dealership 4 times in order to deal with undone work or items damaged during the servicing (e.g., a nonworking windshield wiper had to return to the dealership 4 times in order to deal with undone work or items damaged during the servicing (e.g., a nonworking windshield wiper fluid sensor). How the warning lights on the dashboard were not noticed, not once but twice, during servicing is a mystery to me. Also, I ordered a clip for the strip driver-side door well that never arrived. This experience made two things abundantly clear to me: 1. I need to get a new car; and 2. It will not be a Mercedes. More
