I've been using Fort Washington dealership for the last 3 years and I've always had a good experience until recently. I purchased my new lease GLA 250 on March 30th and the sales person was great! However, a week after I had the car I noticed there was moisture in the right tail light in the back on the passenger side of the car. I called the dealership the week of April 5th and spoke to someone in the service area that connected me to Mike. I explained what was going on with the light and he said he would order a new light and call me when it arrived. It has been over a month and I've called the dealership every other week about this matter and spoke to Mike on three separate occasions and was told each time it should be in next week. The back of the car still has this moisture from the light since the first day I brought the car! It is now going on almost two months and it's not repaired. As I mentioned I've had good service before and this is really disappointing that I have to follow up every other week and was even told the last time I called and spoke with someone in the service area that he did not see an order placed for me on the system. Mercedes is a luxury brand in which we the consumers pay premium for great service. I am upset and disappointing that this is the service I am receiving from this dealership. I hope to have this repaired ASAP. More
