There needs to be a better communication between the Body Shop and the Service Dept. I was told that the Repair of my car was finished but when I stopped by to pick up my car, only the body shop work was do Shop and the Service Dept. Unethical practices are going on at Fort Washington Mercedes Benz…never got back to me in regards to service issues they said was done and were never done.
