The lease on my 2009 CLS was almost up so I contacted Mike Ferleger my sales rep at Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. My goal was to turn in my 2009 and leave with a 2012 and Mike made that possible. H Mike Ferleger my sales rep at Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. My goal was to turn in my 2009 and leave with a 2012 and Mike made that possible. He even got me into the new car prior to my lease end date. I have leased four cars from this young man and he makes the process easy. I don't like the games that most dealers play and I told Mike where we had to get to with the new lease and he worked hard to satisfy me. When I arrived for the test drive he was ready, when I arrived to pick up the new car everything was in order. A note about the new CLS. Best car I have ever owned. Ride, performance, handling, curb appeal, everything is great. More
Do not waiste your time. Very poor customer service, service manager say yes, but nothing get done. I am surpise how they steel in buisness, because if I treated my customers the way I been treated, I w service manager say yes, but nothing get done. I purchased a used 2008 E350 from MB of Fort Washington. I was very happy with the vehicle and the sales experience. After 5 months I took it back to the dealership for it's first oil change. I picked the c I was very happy with the vehicle and the sales experience. After 5 months I took it back to the dealership for it's first oil change. I picked the car up approximately 12 hours later. When I arrived home I heard a loud banging noise coming from the engine. I shut the car off and called the dealership. It was after hours so their receptionist gave me the service reps voicemail. I left a message and asked him to call me asap in the morning. By 8:30 the next day I still did not hear from him so I called him again. It was quickly determined that the mechanic failed to put oil in the car. In fact, the mechanic failed to perform just about every step of the expected service because we found the windshield washer resevior empty also. Poor, lazy work! Ryan Kincade, the service manager, promised to "make it right", but his idea of that concept was to fill it with oil and give it back. It took 5 weeks of arguing, demanding and threatening with legal action before they relented. The total cost of my original car was returned in exchange for a new 2011 E350 at a discounted price. Needless to say, I will not return to this dealership for service visits. More
I initially had some major issues with this dealership and spent a great deal of time trying to rectify the situation. After I thought all was over, and I was angry, Mr. Sloane called. UPDATE: The de and spent a great deal of time trying to rectify the situation. After I thought all was over, and I was angry, Mr. Sloane called. UPDATE: The dealership reached out to me after reading this review. I believe finally someone is trying to make this right. Update 2: I am very happy to say that I was wrong about Mr. Sloan taking over this dealership. After becoming aware of my dissatisfaction he stepped in, listened intently, and helped me to reach a very amicable solution. This has renewed my faith in the Sloane name and Ft Washington Mercedes. I will continue to use them as my dealer as they have proven their commitment to customer service as most importantly customer satisfaction. More
Arranged for a test drive after work. Gave the dealer our credit card to "hold" a car until our arrival. When we got there, the car was "sold", no one had the courtesy to call us (and obviously they did our credit card to "hold" a car until our arrival. When we got there, the car was "sold", no one had the courtesy to call us (and obviously they did not honor their intent to hold). The salesman anticipated our request to speak with a supervisor and quietly briefed the sales manager, who "surprisingly" supported his salesman's gaffe, without any apology. We will never recommend nor purchase a car from that dealership. More
I have been buying my vehicles from this dealership since 1985, both on Philmont Ave and now at Fort Washington. Of course over the years there have been some short comings but overall both management and se 1985, both on Philmont Ave and now at Fort Washington. Of course over the years there have been some short comings but overall both management and service have been very cooperative and friendly. I can't remember even having to get involved with the service department as my service rep or sales person took care of everything. My experiance has been that everyone has been exceptionally nice (no I don't have relatives working there)and I always received the attention that was needed to resolve my problem. Speaking about problems; maybe the majority of negativity from feedback on this page is because their vehicle was a "bad seed" and required major repairs. Of course having to service a new vehicle 10 or 15 times in one year can be stressful and time consuming. But that's not the norm. No one likes to see their new baby being bandaged and mis-diagnosed but that is going to happen with the cars being build today. Lots of nice toys but can they cause problems !! By the way I have owned other brands of vehicles plus my Mercedes so I feel qualified to rate Fort Washington Mercedes Benz a top rated agency. More
We have purchased 2 vehicles (new) from R & S Imports over the last 12 years, all my experiences have been very good. Both sales professionals went out of their way and took the time to help my wife with over the last 12 years, all my experiences have been very good. Both sales professionals went out of their way and took the time to help my wife with her selection. Tony has gone out of his way to accommodate our schedules for service, from lining up a loaner, to explaining all services or repairs needed. Our first Mercedes was traded in with over 175k miles, and our current one is at 105k+ an still runs like new, I credit that to the maintenance and service R & S has provided over the years. More
My S-500 was towed 5 times and requested roadside assistance 10 times, the dealer changed battery 4 times and finally told me it was the gps electic leakage and non fixable(they sent to radio-shack, assistance 10 times, the dealer changed battery 4 times and finally told me it was the gps electic leakage and non fixable(they sent to radio-shack, they could not find anything wrong). Their advise is do not place dvd on the gps , what a great solution! My E-class has checked engine light on, they fixed 6times and told me it is not worth to invest on the vehicle anymore after waste thousands of dollars. Later the car was fixed by a local garage for replacing a $16 worth of plastic tube in exhaust system. what kind of workmanship the dealer has! More

If i could give negatives, I would. The service is just terrible at this dealership. I own three different brands of luxury cars, a lexus, bmw, and a mercedes. None of the other dealerships' services are a terrible at this dealership. I own three different brands of luxury cars, a lexus, bmw, and a mercedes. None of the other dealerships' services are as poor as this one. When I first got my car in 2000, the service experience was relatively good and 8 years later it totally went down the toilet. When I first called to schedule an appointment, it took over 10 minutes of waiting before i got connected to a scheduling rep. That is fine as long as I get my car fixed in the end (just that the other car dealerships I've been to, the scheduling rep is usually instant). So the day comes and I take my car to the dealership to fix my radio and some other problems. I waited a total of four hours and after the THIRD hour, the service rep came over and told me that my radio will not be covered under the extended warranty that I bought and that its going to cost me 750 to replace. At that point I was pissed off and I went home and just did some googling, which I should have done in the first place because it literally took me 10 minutes to fix the problem myself. As great as I felt saving that 700 dollars for the sound system, i cant help but still feel cheated by paying 3000+ dollars for the extended warranty just so these useless and under qualified "service reps" can try and "fix" my car.
