Decided to go here after a car at a Mercedes dealer in Devon sold the car I wanted while I was test driving it. Fort Washington is incredibly accommodating. Could not recommend enough. From the moment I saw the C-class online and called in to the moment I drove off the lot with a beautiful car and full tank of gas, the experience was pleasant. More

I would absolutely recommend MB of FW if you are looking to buy a new benz. Mike Ferleger was very attentive to what we wanted, was not overly aggressive as most dealers are. I own several companies. A lot of the time, the consumers who take their time to fill out a company review, are disgruntled customers. It seems that they are the only ones who care enough to take the time. The rest of us are too busy living our lives, and sometimes take the level of service we receive for granted. I I bought my third Benz from Lee. Every time he has sold me a car, I feel like I am getting a fair shake. I never have to haggle, and I get exactly what I want. They have all the options in the cars, the have many cars, so you don't have to put up with missing out on the features and options you really wanted. The delivery experience is unmatchable, you get a full tank of gas, the car is freshly washed, and the sales rep take the time to go over the more important features and functions of the car, before you leave the lot. This way you don't leave your lights off, on the way home before you had time to read the book. As for service. I have been a customer of theirs for 8 years. I will admit that there was an era a few years back, when the service center was a couple of miles away, and the whole setup was not very conducive to customer happiness. That is all behind them now. The drop off area at the side of the building is nice. The service writer's area is clean, bright, and there are always enough reps to help you out (although I have one rep who knows me and is my main point person). The waiting area(s) are clean and pleasant. I like the fact that they have both Wawa and Starbucks coffee on hand. My son always goes for the hot chocolate. WiFi is an added bonus too. There is a nice seating area at the other end of the showroom with very comfy stylish chairs, and magazines. It is in a sunny open glass window, and is a nice place to wait for your car. Everyone is extra pleasant and always offering to help you. My wife loves telling me how they "kiss her xxx" when she drops her car off. She says they treat her like a VIP. I have even had an "emergency" repair done on a Saturday. That is really nice. They always provide nice clean loaner cars, and they always have enough in stock. I have on occasion, had my car dropped off at my house, or office. That is extra nice when you have a busy schedule. I haven't needed to do it recently because they always have a car for me and I recently moved very close by. The reps are very knowledgable, and can really explain to you some of the tricky or intricate issues you may have with your car. They convert technical into layman's terms. They also offer you options and alternatives, you never feel like you are getting pushed into something or being scammed. You get a call during the afternoon from your rep, telling you that your car is ready. You can even pay with a card over the phone, making the whole pickup a lot faster. The car is always clean and freshly washed upon return. As you can see, I am a repeat customer, and will continue to be so. I joke that I can never drive anything but a Benz, because nobody else will take as good care of me. i have become accustomed to it. As I said before, I own businesses, I know how hard it can be to work with the public. I and wanted to make sure that another business owner get some praise for their hard work and attitude. RJW More

My wife and I purchased a pre-owned 2011 C300 on Oct 31, 2011 at Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington with Rick Robbins' help throughout our shopping process. Rick took the time to understand that we were looking for a high level overview and a test drive in a C class, and that we were also test driving other luxury brands for comparison. He provided an appropriately detailed, but not overbearing, overview and an unrushed test drive in the model of our choice. He also took note of our color and feature considerations. In the following two weeks, Rick followed up and shared appropriate inventory arrivals via phone and email. Thanks to Rick's timely follow-up, we became aware of the white/beige car we ultimately purchased. In addition to the car of interest, we also considered several other vehicles and color/feature options - Rick was very patient and spent considerable time driving us between facilities, getting other vehicles cleaned and shown, and answering the multitude of questions we had throughout the decision making process. Understanding that we were not emotional buyers, Rick made sure to provide all of the information we sought in a methodical and unrushed manner, with appropriate level of detail, and constantly ensuring our complete satisfaction with each visit. As a result, our shopping experience far exceeded our expectations, and we were able to come to agreement and purchase the car of our choice stress-free and at our pace. Rick also followed up on scheduling shop time to get all of the "we owe you" items taken care of in the days after the purchase. Overall, Rick provided excellent service throughout our shopping experience, he was very personable, knowledgeable, and attune to our specific needs as customers. In fact, Rick's superior service played a large role in why we ultimately chose the Mercedes brand in general (versus BMW and Lexus we also drove in two other dealerships), as well as the Fort Washington dealership specifically. From the ease of scheduling at an appointment at a time that works within my schedule to the provision of a service loaner, to a full explanation of what service my vehicle requires, and prompt resolution of any issue, maintaining my vehicle is always convenient and without surprises. Special recognition goes to Mr. Anthony Colantonio. His presence in the service department over the years has been the foundation of my continuing confidence in this facility. His integrity and focus on customer satisfaction is refreshingly consistent, especially in consideration of my experience with other Mercedes service facilities in this region. The lease for my 2009 328i BMW was to term on 4/30, so I thought I would start preparing for that time. I walked into the dealership with my Mom and started to browse the cars on the showroom floor. I was impressed with the general appearance, however, I already decided I wasn't going to purchase a Mercedes. I was approached by Chip Sunstein, who began to demonstrate the safety features of the C300. After conversing with Chip and stating that I wasn't interesting in purchasing a car today, that I was more or less 'fact finding'. He suggested I take it for a drive and I reluctantly agreed. Not only was impressed with the car, I was extremely impressed with Chip's sales approach. He wasn't the 'typical aggressive salesman', which was very much appreciated. After the beautiful drive, we returned to his office and discussed what needs to be in my next car. I absolutely LOVED my BMW and to my surprise, I was stunned by the way the Mercedes hugged the road and how smooth the ride was. After much conversation, Chip took my information to Anthony Garone to show me some numbers. After agreeing to a deal I was satisfied with, Eddy, the General Sales Manager congratulated me. Starting with Chip to Anthony to Eddy and ending the dreading signing of the contract with Carla, EVERYONE at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington was an absolute delight to work with and I HIGHLY recommend Chip and this dealership. Key to this whole exercise has been the quality of the service operation. Anthony Colantonio has worked with me for approximately 10 years and has done a masterful job of supporting all my needs. On one occasion I was vexed by a difficult electrical problem. Tony stuck with me all the way until the situation was resolved. Most recently, I worked with Orville Coxen as the Sales Associate. He has worked for the dealership for many years and is quite experienced in his role. He is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him. There is plenty of evidence to indicate that this is a successful dealership. More
