My wife and I are simple people, we've owned a few Subarus for the past decade. When that manufacturer could not produce the vehicle with the options we wanted, we had to go look at other brands. Safety and reliability are important to us, all wheel drive is a requirement. We decided to take a look at the Mercedes C300 4matic at this dealership. We walked in and were met just inside the door by Andrea, who welcomed us and asked if she could help us. I explained we were looking for a fairly plain version of the C300, she asked a few questions about what we wanted option wise and then went off to fetch a pair of examples of the vehicle we were interested in. The cars were parked side by side, so we could compare the luxury version with the sport version. Andrea did a wonderful job of explaining the differences, answered all questions and off we went for the test drive. The whole time we spent with Andrea, she simply answered questions, pointed out features and explained options. At no time did we hear "How much were you looking to spend a month?" or "What's your budget for the car you are shopping for?" After we got our test drives in and a quote, we went off to look at another car, different manufacturer. We decided on the Mercedes, and went back to the dealership. Andrea was busy, so Mike Liss jumped in to help us while Andrea assisted her guests. Mike was very personable, and rather knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time getting the specifics together required to complete the order. It turned out that the color we thought we wanted was not the color we wanted. Mike caught the fact that we may have been ordering a color on our misconception of what it looked like, and walked us out to a vehicle on the lot to see the paint in sunlight. Great save there! Here is the bottom line: These people were interested in making sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a nice price. They were fun, attentive, corrected our errors politely. The experience was wonderful, I look forward to sending friends and family to these people. I gave this dealership "good" on price because there is not a "really good price" and I truly do not know the market well enough to tell if it was a "great" price. More

We had shopped around other MB dealerships on the Mainline and came away underwhelmed with the sales personnel. When we arrived at Fort Washington we were treated with respect. It was a no non-sense deal. We got a great car at a great price. If you are in the market for a new or used MB, Fort Washington is worth the drive! More
We had an extremely bad experience dealing with this Fort Washington Mercedes Benz dealership. We love the car but we would never purchase from Fort Washington ever again! After we got the car home in July, 2012 we made a list of a few items that needed to be fixed and a second key needed to be ordered. Honestly we were surprised that these items were not addressed during the certified pre-owned process. We were assured that this was all going to be taken care of promptly. The car has been back 3 times for the so called prompt service. It is now December 10th and we have just picked up the car for the third time and we still don't have the second key. Ultimately they fixed everything that we brought to their attention but we had to pursue them on every issue. We expected more from a Mercedes Benz Dealer and We are sorry to say that we were left very disappointed. More

He made a variety of suggestions that indicated his deep knowledge of Mercedes. The entire experience has been excellent at this dealership-- professional in all aspects. More
I will make this short and to the point. I visited this dealership looking for a pre-owned c300. By pre-owned, I mean one year old and still a $35-38k car. After Frank was able to wrangle an available salesman, he brought us the 30 year seasoned veteran known as Bill Adams. Bill offered my wife and I a test drive, we accepted, loved the car and went on to work with him from there. Bill pulled available inventory and found 2 cars that fit my color and interior requirements. He asked us to come back 3 days later and view the cars. We came back to the dealership and the cars were not ready, so he took us to the prep center about 5 miles away. The cars which had 7k and 9k miles were scratched, dinged, dirty and overall just beat looking. We returned to the dealership and that is when the infamous Frank M. Daulerio was called in to "close the deal". Frank strolled in to the office and attempted to close the deal. The problem was there was no deal to close. Both of these gentleman did not want to accept that I was not head over heels for either beat up vehicle. We left again empty handed and received an email from Bill the following morning. Basically Bill didn't have the time to work with us anymore, he said it in a round about way. There were 6 more cars in his inventory that fit my criteria, but Bill couldn't be bothered. I visited Euro Motor Cars of Devon and was treated like gold by Bob Ashman. Bob didn't have to bring in a pompous, pushy sales manager. He worked with me, stayed past closing to finish up paperwork and the made entire experience enjoyable. Drive a bit further and go see Bob Ashman, Bill and Frank at MB of Fort Washington are a joke and waste of time. More

Frank was totally upfront and forward with us on the phone about the details of the car. We saw exactly what he described. Loved the car and went thru the purchasing process with Ivan! He was so helpful and made the process extra smooth and easy!!!! Ivan even treated us to a philly cheesesteak before our trip back to Maryland. We normally would not travel to by a car, but would definitely do it again with these guys!!!! My husband is going to start looking in a few months for a new car and would like to buy it from them if the right car was available. Probably the best dealership I have ever bought a car from!!!! Also want to mention Gina in finance, sonic and helpful. She got us thru pretty quickly so we could get on the road back home!!! More

This was my first purchase of a Benz and I have to say that Paden Amsden was very warm and friendly and answered all my questions about the C300. I took my E350 to the dealership today to get washed (such a nice service that's provided). When I arrived, Jason greeted me and took my car away. I sat in the comfortable waiting area and caught up on (such a nice service that's provided). When I arrived, Jason greeted me and took my car away. I sat in the comfortable waiting area and caught up on some news. Shortly after, I walked out to see the status of my car, and there was Jason spraying my wheels, wiping the entire car down, and surveying the car for any missed areas. Keep in mind, today's temperature was around 100 degrees, but Jason attended to my beautiful car, despite the sweltering weather. Even the inside of my car was cleaned!I'm so lucky to have this dealership close by. More
