My lease was coming to an end and I was unsure what I wanted to drive for the next couple years. I went to mercedes just to test drive and see if it was a possibility to consider. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by a sales associate. The showroom was beautiful and the selection of cars was amazing.....I was instantly impressed. The sales associate throughly informed me about each car to help narrow down my choices. He was very knowledgable and answered all my 100 questions. After I chose the car I loved it was down to numbers. Since I had 6 months left on my prior lease I did not think I would be able to get a new car so quickly....I was most definitely wrong! I left that night with all the paperwork signed in a brand new mercedes c class. The sales associates and manager were so easy to talk to and made the dreadful car buying process so simple. When I was signing the paperwork Carla was so thorough and organized. She followed up with me and made sure everything was documented and taken care of in the proper way. She explained everything so carefully and it was easy to understand. I had the option of having my car delivered or picked up, but of course I decided to leave in my new car. The only effort I made was actually showing up that day. I also had the experience of having a loaner while my car was being monogrammed. The guys at the service valet were extremely friendly and took care of me right away. They put me in a loaner that was clean and ready for me instantly. The entire process was so simple. I cant thank mercedes enough.....it was truly a pleasure working with everyone. Thanks to Mike, Ivan, Quintin, Eddie and Carla for making this such a simple process. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to at least stop in to test drive and see what can work for them. I am a young teacher and didn't think I would be driving a mercedes, but the team made it happen. I went to other dealers in the neighborhood, but no one could even come close to the deal mercedes gave me. Best Deal Around and the Best Service! I don't think I could ever go anywhere else. I came into the dealership with a knowledge of what I could spend and the type of car I hoped to get from that number. Todd took the time to go through every detail of what I was looking for and make further suggestions from the notes from that same discussion. Todd showed his ability to not just hear, but to listen, and upon doing so was truly able to consult on a solution, rather than just sell me a car. We ended up with a car that was better than I had gone in hoping for because of the give and take between Todd and I. I loved the end result and that was because it was a true partnership together, not a pushy or aggressive experience. I couldn't be happier as a result. More
Negotiated a satisfactory price on a vehicle that resulted in a sale/hand shake agreement 4/15/13. However; after the handshake which included a downpayment the sales person and mgr became very unresponsive regarding the anticipated delivery of the vehicle. Calls and emails were not returned promptly as had been the case prior to the sale/agreement. Ultimately, after an eleven day waiting process, the dealership was unable to secure the vehicle or comparable vehicle as agreed upon. I took the initiative to seek out the desired vehicle elsewhere which required market research and a whole new negotiation process. And the level of service at Euro Motorcars (Mercedes Benz) of Devon provided great relief. The frustration with Mercedes of Fort Washington was revisited when I had to call multiple times seeking the return of my initial down payment. My funds were held since 4/15/13 and are not anticipated to be returned until possibly 5/1/13 which is approximately two weeks. Maybe this process would have been different if they had the vehicle on-site or if they confirmed their ability to acquire the vehicle before making an agreement. My rating is honest as I felt that the staff was friendly. The service was bad simply because they tried to cover up a mistake as opposed to being candid and letting me know they could not secure the vehicle. I would have been extremely happy had I been able to buy the vehicle at the price we agreed upon. More
I had an average experience acquiring my 2010 E350 Coupe. The salesman Jon Aarons was very thorough pointing the features of the vehicle, financing options, normal sales stuff. My rub, if any, was with the certified pre-owned program. They insist that the vehicle was thoroughly checked out, but there were a few items that should have been addressed the first time. They're getting another shot at it to make it right. Not that this was unpeasant, don't get me wrong, but I still got the feeling that it's still just a car deal, not an "experience". Maybe my expectations were a little higher than the average buyer? More

He was very knowledgeable about the stock of used cars and made me feel like he would help me through the whole process and he did. From looking at cars all the way to signing the paper work, Frank was with me and made the process easy. When leaving the dealership after purchasing my car, i was happy with the whole experience.
