Super Easy No Hassle Michael greeted us, allowed us the time to explain what we were looking for and why we were looking for a vehicle(prior car totaled). He introduced u Michael greeted us, allowed us the time to explain what we were looking for and why we were looking for a vehicle(prior car totaled). He introduced us to Ivan, one of his sales reps who recognized right away the car was for my wife and from the get go focused on her for questions and made the experience about her as the primary user of the vehicle. There was no push for something we didn't need, no upsells of any kind. Within a matter of two hours we got the car she wanted, the price well below what we both wanted and got us back on our way home with our new C class. we love it, and more importanly my wife loves it. Probably one of the best if not THE best auto purchase experience. I'm sure we'll be heading back Mercedes Benz of Ft Washington we we need the next vehicle. More
Scott Anderson defines the phrase customer service. Most sales people will nice to you during the sales process. Scott takes it to a new level. Scott personally took us over to the service department and i sales people will nice to you during the sales process. Scott takes it to a new level. Scott personally took us over to the service department and introduced us to Cecil our service writer. Cecil like Scott is both knowledgeable and friendly. During the time I spent at Fort Washington Mercedes, I was treated like a VIP. I have handed Scott's business cards to all my friends and clients and told them that as far as I am concerned, Fort Washington Mercedes, in particular Scott and Cecil treat me as I expected to be treated at a Mercedes Benz dealer More

From Sales to service I received on the purchase of my GL450. I was assurred by a friend that your were one of the best and you didn't disappoint me. From Sales to Financing I was very pleased w/my experience at Mercedes Benz of Ft. Washington. I have purchased many cars in my day and this was the best experience I have had, due to the speed of service, upscale, comforting/accommodating and no pressure atmoshpere. I greatly appreciate you going out of your way in the frigid weather to figure out how to delete our destinations and home address from the navagation system on our trade in vehicle. Thanks again and I look forward to working w/you in the future. More
As always, we had an excellent experience getting a car from Bill Adams. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to orient my mother with her new car. Searching for a Vehicle ML-350 which to my understanding wanted to have all the features like the Acura-MDX 2011 Advance, but since the vehicle was not available, looked into for a GL-450, it has come with wanted to have all the features like the Acura-MDX 2011 Advance, but since the vehicle was not available, looked into for a GL-450, it has come with features but doesn't have the distronic plus like the MDX, etc. the vehicle was asked to be driven before buying and so wasn't too comfortable driving it. This is my first time with Mercedes so pardon me. my understanding was like other Brands, the dealer would walk me through the process of the features of the Vehicle at the time of delivery, but to my surprise that didn't happen. except for a few features that were standard. The vehicle was told to be equiped with the Illuminated Star and when delivered seems that was not a part of the deal. working with this dealer has taken away quite a bit of my time. but eddy millan was reasonable and worked with me, but to my surprise this dealer doesn't provide a loaner when asked for when i wanted to wait for the Iridium Silver,i had requested the dealer to keep my MDX-2011 Advance till they don't find the Iriidium Silver, but to my surprise was told that they won't give a loaner even after i pay a down payment to the Vehicle that i am buying. i was ready to put in $10k as downpayment for the new car ( which color i liked ) and was told that it would be available in about 3-4 weeks and i was ok to be waiting. the reason for me to request for a loaner was since i have already placed a downpayment towards my new vehicle and could get the trade-in value of my MDX, without having it depriciated with the running time it would take to get my new vehicle. the ambience is excellent, and to an extent the courtesy is also good. but overall i wouldn't recommend anyone to have choosen this dealership for purchases or leases. Love Fort Washington Merecedes, they are incredibly easy to work with. I have to say, Ivan Kulygin is definitely the go-to-guy over there. We just picked up a 14' E350, he made the deal easy…were in and o to work with. I have to say, Ivan Kulygin is definitely the go-to-guy over there. We just picked up a 14' E350, he made the deal easy…were in and out in no time, and the price was by far better than any other dealer. Long story short, if you're going to Fort Washington, ask for Ivan! We'll be back in a few months, lease on our other car is almost up! More
Wife and I drove in from NJ as I had been researching CPO MB C300's for a couple of weeks. Online, this dealership, and it's sister dealership, MB of West Chester (both owned by the same people) had the lar MB C300's for a couple of weeks. Online, this dealership, and it's sister dealership, MB of West Chester (both owned by the same people) had the largest selection of CPO vehicles. Arrived at Ft. Washington dealership and looked around for a bit, it was a Saturday and they seemed fairly busy. After walking around for about 20 minutes I went inside and asked if someone could assist us as we were looking for a CPO car that I saw online but did not see on the lot. We waited for about 45 minutes while the receptionist kept trying to get someone to call her to help. Finally, Wallace came over and brought us over to his desk. Straight to the sales pitch without even asking us questions about what we wanted. I mentioned two cars to him that we were interested in but both were apparently sold, but still listed as available online. He explained that sometimes it takes a couple of days for the cars to be taken off of the website which is why it was still listed. We find this out after he has made a copy of my license and tried repeatedly to steer us towards other vehicles. He finally had a 2009 brought up from the other dealership for us to test drive even though we were interested in 2010 or 2011 because of the incentives available on those model years. We spent a good hour in his office before we even got to the test drive. Frustrated we left but took his card as he said that he would have more in the following week and call and let me know when he had something in my price range that would also qualify for the factory incentives. I got home, clicked on the Carfax of the vehicle I had initially been interested in, and sure enough, he was right, it was listed as sold by Carfax on 10/28. It was Saturday 11/2 when we were in so it made sense that it wasn't taken down yet. Although we felt like we got the runaround and the pressing sales pitch while we were there, I had a little more faith in the dealership seeing as how it was indeed sold just 4 days earlier. On Wednesday, Wallace called me and let me know that he located a vehicle that would work. Still a little above what I repeatedly said that I could pay but I was willing to drive the hour back again to look at it. He was not going to be in on Thursday so the earliest that I could see the car was Friday. He wanted a deposit over the phone, I said not, I wanted to see the car first. I told him my wife would leave work early and we would come down on Friday evening to see the car, drive it, and hopefully purchase it if everything worked out. That was on Wednesday evening. I emailed him again Friday morning to confirm that we would be coming (including my kids this time) and that my wife was leaving work early for this. I had asked a couple questions about the car as well (protocol for having a mechanic check out the car and also asked about a discrepancy in the equipment listed on the car, he told me it had navigation but it was put up on the website on Friday and did not list navigation as an option). I did not hear back from him all day. As I was going to meet my wife halfway and then drive in together, I emailed him later in the afternoon as a courtesy to let him know that we would not be coming in. I needed those questions answered before I dragged my family an hour each way to a dealership during Philly rush hour traffic. I have not heard back from him since. Went out to a local BMW dealer and purchased a car that night. The biggest issue I have, and the reason I am writing this review, is that the car I initially inquired about, the one that has been sold since 11/28 (I called the West Chester location on 11/8 to check) is still up on their website for sale as of the evening of 11/12! They put up the other car, the one that he found during the week for me online within 2 days but 16 days after selling the lowest price 2010 model they still have not figured out how to take the listing down? It is a prime example of bait and switch. *Edit - Tried to list the Carfax but it rejected my review saying the Carfax link was against the Dealerrater TOS. If you are interested in a CPO vehicle from this dealer I would suggest calling first to confirm availability and never discuss monthly payments until you have settled on a selling price for the car. They kept trying to "fit" me into a payment and that is never to the benefit of the customer. In the end, I get it, they are not looking to spend time with someone looking for the best deal on a lower end CPO vehicle. They would much rather sell new S-class cars all day and I don't blame them. The problem is that they are advertising things that they do not have and have no intention of selling. If you don't want my business, then why advertise for it by listing cars that you know will attract a customer like myself? The answer is to get em in the door and then sell them something that they had no intention of buying in the first place. More

We walked into the Mercedes-Benz dealership not knowing much but we were sure that we wanted a Mercedes-Benz! I had looked at a few cars via the internet and i just wanted to see the inside of the cars, a much but we were sure that we wanted a Mercedes-Benz! I had looked at a few cars via the internet and i just wanted to see the inside of the cars, and maybe test drive. After speaking with Brett Walter's whom did not push, or try to presuade we knew that this would be the dealership we would purchase our car from. After test drving two cars, we were still not sure of what car to purchase or if we could even afford wither car. We meet with Frank Daulerio who explained the price in details, gave us a great value for our trade and explained every detail of every dime that would come from out of our pocket for both cars. There was a drifference of over 10,000.00 between the cars and neither Brett or Frank tried to persuade us toward the higher end car!! They were both just so helpful with answering all and every question not even knowing if we would even be approved for any of the car's. This is time they did not have to spend with us, and they did! I could go on and on about the experience before Frank or Brett was even aware that we would buy! We were told of a great speacial and to us sounded to good to be ture 1.74% percent finance, and two months of payments made by Mercedes-Benz and we were assured that this would be the deal as long as our credit was as we have advised. After our decision on the car which was the next day so we left that night not doing anything, just as promised we were approved at the rate quoted and signed the waiver for the two car payments!!!!! I can not tell you how happy I am with our purchase and the service from the time we walked in the door till driving off with our new E350!! We have a beautiful car that we can afford and a start to a great relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington!! Those guys rock!!!!! ~signed very happy More
