Extremely customer conscious, great experience, I came into the Fort Washington Mercedes dealership a little over a month ago fairly certain I was not going to leave with a Mercedes for numerous rea I came into the Fort Washington Mercedes dealership a little over a month ago fairly certain I was not going to leave with a Mercedes for numerous reasons, one of them being I hate going to car dealerships as I despise the usual sales process and the entire experience is usually not one I appreciate. To make a long story short, our experience at this Mercedes dealership was quite to the contrary. We worked with 2 people: Sara Howanski and her manager Michael Ferleger. Both of them made our experience very, very pleasant. They understood when I needed some time to think about the decision. They were patient while we went through our own decision process. They helped us pick the right car that we now love. Sara has checked back with us a few times to ensure that the Mercedes has lived up to our expectation and to take care of any concerns or questions we might have. I have to thank the staff there. They did a great job and I look forward to seeing them again down the road. More

Wallace provided my husband with the specifications on the car and told him that he call when the car came in. The car was not returned in Nov.; however, Wallace remained in contact with my husband until the car was returned. Once the car arrived at the dealership, Wallace contacted my husband immediately. Everyone that we can in contact with at this dealership was courteous and professional, this included the young men that cleaned the rain off the car, to the finance department. Make the buying process easy I knew exactly what car I wanted when I went to them- White CLA, AMG wheels. They told me they would go out and find it. You already know you are dealing with a quality company. Sara Hanowski, who greeted us during my first visit was very informative, very helpful without being pushy. I knew immediately that I was going to buy my car from here. As I went through the process, the customer service got better and better. Sara worked relentlessly and was able to find the exact car with all the specs that i wanted in a very short time. She was very patient with me. I was very diligent, thorough and persistent with my questioning as this was my first Mercedes benz. She was super patient in explaining all the car specs, all my options and all the possibilities. Even after I made the decision to purchase, she continued to be helpful and walking me through everystep of the process. To this day a month after the purchase, Sara continues to happily answer all my endless questions in a timely manner. Sara is a true asset to the Mercedes Benz Fort Washington and the company as a whole as she demonstrates the high quality and excellence that is expected of Mercedes Benz. I have purchaced multiple cars from Mike and have been satisfied every time. Coupled with the service advisor, Derick Whitman I could not be more satisfied. Just today I showed up without an appointment due to a run in with a pot hole and Derick handled it in stride. He took care of my problem while I waited. I highly recommened this dealership. More

Per my previous review, I leased a 2015 C class 3 weeks ago and recently encountered an issue where my remote wasn't unlocking my door and needed to u Per my previous review, I leased a 2015 C class 3 weeks ago and recently encountered an issue where my remote wasn't unlocking my door and needed to use the "hidden key" in the remote to open it. It occurred twice that week, with the last time being at night. I called the dealership immediately after it last happened and the manager connected me with the service department. I was told to bring my car in the next morning. At first, they weren't able to replicate the issue I reported. As an IT professional, it was frustrating because it occurred sporadically. I understand how systems work and the testing involved. To make a long story short, my car required a software update and so far, it has been working as designed. I first met Eddy, the Assistant GM, when I leased my first Mercedes a few years ago and saw him again when I leased this car. I stopped by to see him and he walked me over to Cecil, my Service Manager, to be certain my issues have been remediated and I walked away as a satisfied client. I am not sure of the Techician who serviced my car, but a HUGE THANK YOU to him for identifying a software update was released and needed to resolve my complaint. Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington is a FIRST CLASS organization, with SUPERIOR Customer Service in ALL aspects of their business!! I look forward to leasing more cars from them in the future. More
Must read! I can't express my disgust with this dealership! I will keep it short! We bought a $65,000 CLS550.. Gave them $30,000 dollars cash...no negotiating.. Don't want to hear ' I own the car for more than that!' And ' I move between 200-250 vehicles a month through this showroom ' (save it for someone else!) ..when trying to negotiate.. Then to top it all off drive away with the vehicle and never to hear from the dealership or the sales rep again.. Had issues with the car within less than a month.. No thank you call or letter thanking us for purchasing the car and to see how things are going with the $65,000 car! Tried to getting in touch with the dealership when having issues with the car.. No return call from sales rep upon 3 attempts and then 2 emails .. Again no response ! Had to call service there and talk with Derek and explained our displeasure and finally some response! Maybe my expectations are high when purchasing a vehicle of this price but to be honest the the treatment with this staff with such a high end vehicle is totally UNACCEPTABLE!! I encourage anyone when buying a vehicle from this dealorship to think twice.. You will,probably get the same song and dance !! How sad! I received better service with the dealership in Delaware to have the repairs done that needed to be done after purchasing this car! More
