Phenomenal dealership I purchased my car in December 2014 and the sale was very professional, reasonable, and courteous. Unlike other dealerships, they were straightforward in the negotiations. What startled me the most though was after the sale. I had a few minor issues (all addressed by the dealership expediently) and one larger issue (tire blew from a pothole late Saturday night) and they arranged to open the store on a Sunday to ensure I was taken care with a borrowed car at no cost. Their salesman, Mitchell Chernyakhovsky, spent hours on his day off to coordinate transportation, paperwork etc. to ensure I was entirely satisfied. It was truly white glove service that was not "part of the warranty" but apparently they feel is important to provide. Would certainly buy another car from them in the future. More

With that being said Fort Washington didn't have the car and the specific options that I was looking for. Also I was currently already in a lease with another vehicle, with a few months to go. Not only did they get me out of my current lease... But my salesperson Scott Anderson went out of his way to find the GLK350 that I was looking for. And at the price I was looking for. So when I got to the dealership I went to the front desk to have them page Scott. I gave the receptionist my name... Oh!! He is expecting you... Very friendly greeting. Scott took the time to go threw the entire vehicle in a relaxed matter... Not trying to push me out the door. The finance manager had me in and out in about 15 minutes. I love the vehicle, and look forward to deal with Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington in the future. More

A pleasant low stress sales experience. Our experience with this dealer was very good. We had purchased two previous MB automobiles at MotorWorld in Wilkes Barre, PA in 2008 and 2013. Both Our experience with this dealer was very good. We had purchased two previous MB automobiles at MotorWorld in Wilkes Barre, PA in 2008 and 2013. Both of those purchases were very stressful and nearly resulted in our walking out of the showroom at the last minute. The only thing that prevented us from doing that was the proximity to our home. We decided to travel over two hours each way to work with MB of Ft Washington , Pa, hoping it would be a better experience. Our salesman, Joe Maley, made it just that. It was a pleasure to work with Joe from beginning to end and I would like to commend his professionalism. I hope that his management sees this review and passes along our complements.. We will surly work with Joe again in the future. More

Sara was professional, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent customer service. I was originally looking for a certified pre-owned car and wound up getting into a 2015. This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Interactions with the General Manager and the Finance Manager were pleasant experiences as well. The staff was always sincere and genuinely interested in doing their best to satisfy the customers' needs. I would absolutely recommend anyone to this dealership. More

At first I was hesitant at the thought of purchasin I was referred to Mr. Quintin Campbell by a friend of mine who is also one of Quintin's customers. At first I was hesitant at the thought of purchasing a Mercedes as I figured it would come with an exorbitant price tag but I decided to visit the dealership anyway. Mr. Campbell made me feel comfortable and did not exude the arrogant manner that you might expect at a high-end dealership. We were able to work out a deal that suited my needs with virtually no back and forth haggling. The whole transaction from comparing options, negotiating prices, paperwork with finance, and learning how to use the features (Bluetooth, Navigation, etc.) was smooth and effortless, making this an unexpectedly pleasant experience! Based on my experience with Mr. Campbell, specifically, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mercedes Benz. I know where I'll be purchasing my wife's next vehicle! More

Even though we were buying an off brand, used car, and trading in an even more off brand used car, everyone was pleasant and extremely helpful. We didn't feel a bit out of place or unwanted. In fact, we felt quite comfortable and right at home. You had told me that you would be out at training the day we were coming in town to trade cars, and that Sarah would be looking for us. Sarah was so nice and took such good care of us. I know we weren’t really her sale or concern but she was great. Once again, thank you so much. He demonstrated great professionalism and knowledge for the vehicle and company. David didn’t allow us to leave without total comfort and understanding of all the features of our new purchase. We later learned that David is new to your organization, and hasn’t even worked as a car salesman in his past. This is hard to believe since he understood our needs very quickly. I understand that we will receive a survey on our experience with our sales representative, and your group, but I felt that a survey wouldn’t give our experience justice. As we said, this is our 3rd Mercedes purchase, but our first with the Fort Washington group. We have been loyal to the Cherry Hill office for years, but the PA experience tops to the best.
