During the warranty period, the check engine light had been on I ordered my very first Mercedes, a 2014 GLK 250, through the Ft Washington Mercedes. During the warranty period, the check engine light had been on for a couple of times. The service had not been able to identify any problems. Now the warranty is expired. The light is on again. The air intake and engine filter were replaced yesterday. Today, the very next day, the check engine light is on again. Apparently, the fix did not solve the real issue. It is unethical that the recurrent issue was not solved during the warranty period. Now after the warranty is expired, they try and error at my expense, not knowing the underlying real issue. I currently also own a BMW and a Volvo. Any problems on those two were fixed at the first attempt by our local BMW and Volvo dealerships. This check engine light on business has been entertained several times at the Ft Washington Mercedes. It is still a mystery. More

My salesman, Miguel Rodas was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. , He assisted me and guided me through the entire process, which was a most pleasant experience. Though I've driven MB's exclusively for the better part of the last 15 years, my most recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington has ensured that I will now be moving on from the brand altogether. In search of a particular certified preowned ML-model, we traveled well over an hour to Fort Washington because of what we felt was a strong advertised deal. The purchase itself was not a good experience. We waited for several hours at the dealership to speak with a financing representative and we later discovered that the car was never formally registered with MB. Still, we proceeded with the purchase, due to both the distance we had driven to get there and because of the advertised price point for this particular vehicle. When the car was delivered to our house, we noticed a few items missing: running boards, cargo cover, mats, extra key, owner's manual, etc. Only after pointing out the missing items, we were told they would be delivered at a later date. We kept receiving updated delivery dates and no delivery occurred. We repeatedly called the dealership, only to be stalled. Now, our messages are not even being returned. In particular, messages are now not being returned by sales rep Juan Rodriguez and sales manager Frank D. I called Mercedes corporate, which reached out to Frank D. and later told me that I would be receiving a phone call from Mercedes of Fort Washington. Days later, I still have not received a phone call. Furthermore, when I received the routine call from Mercedes customer service following the purchase of my vehicle and offered my honest opinion of the transaction to date, I received a phone call from Frank D. telling me he was disappointed that I had given Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington a poor review and assured me that he'd get my missing parts to me. That was over a month ago and to date, the missing items have not been received and as previously mentioned, Frank D. will not return my phone calls. I should have heeded other warnings about this dealership before purchasing my vehicle. I had been used to a certain level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service at the various MB dealerships I had purchased previous cars from. The lack of all of the above at Mercedes of Fort Washington, and an apparent lack of accountability from Mercedes corporate for this amateur dealership, has guaranteed that the most recent Mercedes that I purchased will indeed be my last. More

Not honest, DONT FOLLOW CPO PROTOCOLS WHEN SELLING PREOWNED Before i came to look at the CPO car i was interested in i called the dealership and asked the condition of the car if there were any chips or dents. Before i came to look at the CPO car i was interested in i called the dealership and asked the condition of the car if there were any chips or dents. I was advised by Molson and Kevin manager that there was no chips or dentsor stratches on the car. When i saw the car at the dealership it was filled with chips and a dent and sratches on the side mirror. The car was NOT in the conditon they told me it was. They were trying to deliver the car with the dents and scratches. It also had a huge cup of coffee spilled in the back rug of the car. I advised Frank Daulerio and Molson that if the STAIN didnt come out i would not be taking the car. I received a phone call from manager Frank and he stated the STAIN came out!. I was never told until after i took the car that how the stain came out was that they DYED THE CARPET. When the carrug ever gets cleaned that the stain would come back. I should have been advised this before i ever took the car. the rug was also very worn from them trying to get the stain out. If i was told that the rug was dyed i would have NEVER taken the car. Now the seats have to be taken out of the car to replaced the rug. THE DEALERSHIP DIDNT FOLLOW THE CPO PROTOCOL THAT IF THERE IS A STAIN THAT WONT COME OUT THE RUG NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. BY THE WAY THE CPO PROTOCOLS ARE ON THE INTERNET. Under the matts upfront the rugs were filthy. The matts were ripped. I had advised the dealer before i took the car that i would not take the car if things on my list were not taken care of . When i went to get the car some of those things were not done. All of those things were in writing. The cars at Benzel Bushe are nice cars and they are very honest dealership unfortunately i couldnt find a car there. My main reason is that they were not upfront and didnt follow policies from mercedes corporate selling a CPO car. they should not be selling CPO cars because they dont follow the rules to it! I am not happy with the Dealer of FORTWASHINGTON MERCEDES AT ALL. I ALSO CALLED THE OWNER AND NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK AT ALL. More

They do not waste your time playing a numbers game like many dealers, they deal with you like a family member who's time is valuable. Thanks everyone for restoring my faith in car sales. More
