Ex: I arrived about 11:30 but was there until about 4pm and I started to get hungry so I mentioned that I was going to stop on my way home to get a Primo’s a hoagie and next thing I know there is a hoagie waiting for me after I was done. Cecil Cathie was my Sales representative and he went out of his way to make sure there was a smile on my face throughout the process. I love that Mercedes prides themselves on exceptionally good and outstanding customer service and quite frankly this is the reason I always come back.
