Got a car from them that said certified,but it was a lemon Do not go to this dealership it took me 1 month to purchase my car that I thought was certified but was in a car accident. They never checked car.. Do not go to this dealership it took me 1 month to purchase my car that I thought was certified but was in a car accident. They never checked car.. it had glass in it from a car accident. On the door it had white out from accident 2 places and the front bumper was jacked with black marks. The car was white.So they sold me a lemon. I had to take it back the next day. Then it took them 1 week to get the car I wanted.plus I has to put another 1500.00 down. My total down payment was 8000.00 and a 2014 CLA 250 trade with no body damage. I'll never buy a mercedes benz again. Worst experience of my life. More

Great experience buying a used car! I was looking for a used car and sent email inquiries to dealerships and the initial response from Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington was phenomenal. I was looking for a used car and sent email inquiries to dealerships and the initial response from Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington was phenomenal. I received via email a car fax report, a brochure from when the car was new and information about the work Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington had done to the car. They were punctual with all meetings and follow-ups. I had setup financing on my own, they said they may be able to beat my loan rate and asked if they could try and their loan rate was more than a point better than I received from my bank. My car was not new and not a Mercedes, but I can't imagine I would been treated any better if I was buying a new Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. When I told my friend about the car I bought I spent as much time talking about the experience of buying of the car as I did the car. I never thought great experience and car buying would go together, but it fits like a glove at Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington More
