Collision It took four weeks total to fix my car at the rate of over eleven thousand dollars. Thus far I am very pleased with the outcome. I was allotted a vehi It took four weeks total to fix my car at the rate of over eleven thousand dollars. Thus far I am very pleased with the outcome. I was allotted a vehicle for the whole time my car was being serviced. When I was called to pick up my car which needed to be inspected and the recall on the back seat belts completed I waited for completion of inspection as my insurance and registration was needed in which I had in my possession. I was then informed after about an hour, that the emission didn't pass and it would be 2-3 hours. I was allotted another vehicle to go home and wait to be called. That never happened until the next morning. Needless to say I was not happy with Michael O'Brien who said he called, but perhaps dialed a wrong number. This was the Only time I have been unhappy with MB. When I picked up my car the passenger weather mat was missing. Derick called the body shop and they said they would bring it to my home. He called to say what time he would arrive. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would and insisted on putting it in my car himself although I told him I was capable of doing it myself.
