Scott Anderson our Sales Representative offered his cell phone to call him whenever we had any questions, issues or concerns. He even wanted us to let him know any time we needed service so he could expedite it and oversee the experience. Scott is even meeting with my wife for a second time for training on all the systems and features. In comparison, we only owned BMW's before and to this day we probably still have controls & features we don't quite understand or use for that matter (we were never trained) A Mercedes-Benz is not cheap, so a great customer experience is expected but not always given.
