I have always had a great experience at Ft Washington. Over the years I acquired 5 vehicles - 3 new & 2 slightly used. This last purchase had me at odds with a less than professional sales manager. Dealership is great at making deals but not great at following up. The dealership was suppose to make the last 3 payments on the car they made 2.. Called the dealership 3 times and they finally made the following up. The dealership was suppose to make the last 3 payments on the car they made 2.. Called the dealership 3 times and they finally made the 3rd payment, I was suppose to get new tags for the vehicle, the dealership decided to renew the old tags for 3 months. New car with old tags,,who does this! Sales rep never followed up with me about the vehicle. I am satisfied but no one from the dealership followed up. Once they sell you a car, they are done with you. Very disappointed about the experience. More
