Awful process. Lease purchase. Dealer requirements were more than other dealers. And Management knew I had a challenge with a newborn and were unable to help. I plan to purchase a new car in 2 years and will not be coming back to Fort Washington. Service team was phenomenal though. I did not work with Amy or Derek. More
