-After making decision to lease, it took another 4 hours to drive away with car. -The Android Auto app was supposed to be downloaded to our cell phone. It was not! My son had to do it after we returned home. -Because there was supposedly no UBS-Android phone cable in your shop, this function was not demonstrated to us. We had been using a 12 year old car. Why were we expected to have this connection cable? Since that time, we have had to essentially train ourselves -Before leaving, we were given a very cursory training session inside the car, perhaps 20-30 minutes. The person giving the training seemed rushed, in a hurry to get it over with. Our dealer in Lancaster had previously told us they would provide two one hour training sessions at our home. More
