There needs to be a better communication between the Body Shop and the Service Dept. I was told that the Repair of my car was finished but when I stopped by to pick up my car, only the body shop work was do Shop and the Service Dept. Unethical practices are going on at Fort Washington Mercedes Benz…never got back to me in regards to service issues they said was done and were never done. Emailed them….texted them…. still no response…my car still sounds the same…they never fixed my charger port, never fixed the noise with whatever is going on in the back that have to do with my tires; Paid for things that wasn’t wrong with my car and kept saying it was fixed when you can clearly hear the same noise….just horrible experience….had my car sitting for 2-3 weeks saying it was being worked on and never worked on it More

This was my first time taking my car to get serviced. I was kind of lost in the beginning, but somebody greeted and help me out. I’ve been having issues with my back up camera and Nick took care of it fo I was kind of lost in the beginning, but somebody greeted and help me out. I’ve been having issues with my back up camera and Nick took care of it for me. He took the time and explained to me what happened and also explained how they fixed it. I waited in the lounge area and the service wasn’t too long. I wish they had phone chargers, but I didn’t ask around to see if they did. More
