After an hour of waiting, staff came in to tell me they were “wrapping up.” Another hour and a half passed before I went back to inquire what was taking so long. Courtesy wash was given even though I specifically requested no wash. Within 2-3 minutes of leaving, my tire pressure alert sounded. All tires are supposed to be set at 37 PSI. My front two were at 47 and 48! Back tires were at 30 and 32! How dangerous! Not only was the customer service experience less than satisfactory, the actual car service wasn’t worth my time or money. This was my first and LAST service at this dealership. More
