I took the car in without an appointment. I knew the tires were getting worn, but I thought I might get away with having them rotated. Tom looked at the tires and showed me they were quite worn (no xx tires were getting worn, but I thought I might get away with having them rotated. Tom looked at the tires and showed me they were quite worn (no xx I knew they were). I had already priced out a new set at several tire places and knew what I was looking at price wise. Tom gave me a very competitive price, I was surprised. They even gave me a loaner car so I did not have to wait while they did the work. More

I bought a certified Mercedes in March 2019 and purchased an extended warranty. I was told if I changed my mind before I used it I would get 90% of my money back. I contacted them six months ago to cance an extended warranty. I was told if I changed my mind before I used it I would get 90% of my money back. DO NOT TRUST SERVICE!!! This service group is openly dishonest. Brought car in for performance issues. 4 visits for the same issue resulted in $3500 bill and they replaced This service group is openly dishonest.
