I came in to change out a battery on my Mercedes and I was to be given a loner car. However Tom Tipton Service representative recognized me and said he would take care of it and asked me to wait and I re was to be given a loner car. Service on my vehicle was completed successfully, but it took 3 weeks to complete the 10 items in need of repair. All the service staff were very friendly on the phone and in person. Parts for the vehicle did not appear to be the delay as when I called I was told the parts were available. More
