My GLE 350 was recently in for simple service at MB of Fort Myers. Melanie Haines was my service advisor. Melanie was efficient and professional and got my vehicle in for service quickly. Service area Fort Myers. Melanie Haines was my service advisor. Melanie was efficient and professional and got my vehicle in for service quickly. Service area was clean and uncrowded. Customer lounge was comfortable and clean. My vehicle was serviced in 60 minutes and put through the car wash before it was delivered to me at the door. Very good experience. More

I live in Naples and pass the Naples location as well as the Bonita/Estero location because of Tom Tipton and the service directly related to Mr. Tipton. Tom is my guy! If Tom steps out or has a day off in the future, I will request things take a break until he returns. He has that much of my confidence and respect! 5 stars for Tom. THE BAD: Brian, oddly enough is the service manager, could use some retraining on client relations. His customer service was subpar. Charged me for 2 Pirelli run flats for my AMG and only installed one (still unresolved) and also called 20 minutes before close on a SATURDAY with news my car was ready for pick up. It takes me 48 minutes to get to the dealer from my house add another 10-15 to get my toddler loaded up. I wasn’t very happy with his lack of consideration and the super rushed tone he took. Now here’s the kicker, dealerships are closed on Sundays so had I not made it there before the service bay closed I wouldn’t of had access to my vehicle for an additional day. Brian generously gets 2 stars from me. More
Since relocating to the area, have serviced my ML here and they have been excellent. Easy to get a loaner car, very complete in explaining recommended service and prompt in follow through. Only surprising thing was that employees there were not wearing masks. That is Florida for you, but I would have expected a more considerate stance on a public health issue like that. More

I needed a hood latch closed sensor on my 2005 CLK convertible. The part was ordered and came in as expected. The part was installed the same day and away I went. Only cost me $75 total.
