Excellent Service Department I had my C350 Sport Coupe in for its 80,000 mile service. Everyone was extremely friendly and the car was ready on time, actually a bit earlier than e I had my C350 Sport Coupe in for its 80,000 mile service. Everyone was extremely friendly and the car was ready on time, actually a bit earlier than expected. Car was washed and vacuumed as promised too. My only concern was that I was told I might need a battery however they could not give me any idea of how much longer I had with it, especially since I hope to trade the car in during the fall. The price for the battery was almost double from every where else. I opted out. More

On my last service visit, staff greeted me, offered a cold drink, and provided a clean 2017 loaner car for the day. I received a text when my car was ready. My car had been washed and vacuumed. The service has always been impeccable. This time, my headrest was plastic wrapped before work began. I appreciate that M-B of Fort Myers strives to elevate and improve the service experience. With a law degree, I have represented, ran, and trouble shot all variety of stores -- from domestic to high line imports, these people are well trained, knowledgable, courteous, and reliable. Over several visits -- 2 of which were emergency "on the dime" stuff, they have demonstrated a an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction, I strongly recommend them. More
Always wanted a Mercedes...not any more Got a 2017 C300 convertible mid November, mid February it left me stranded on the side of the road, was very disappointed with the dealer's response. Got a 2017 C300 convertible mid November, mid February it left me stranded on the side of the road, was very disappointed with the dealer's response. Since it was 4pm on a Friday, they could not provide valet service. After riding back to the dealership in the tow truck, I was given a cigaret smelly loaner that was very sub par. Not like I was accustomed to with my previous cars (Audi, BMW, Lexus). But what they told me the following Tuesday did not put my mind at ease...the serpentine belt had shred. Three months old, and not even 3,000 miles? Needless to say, being a single woman that buys new cars every 3 years so that they are dependable, I was not happy and now I am nervous when driving it. Well, now 7 months old and only 5,000 miles it happened again. This time, Ft Myers Mercedes response was even worse. It was Saturday at 4pm, I was informed that service closed at 3pm, and will not re-open until Monday. That was it, not even an attempt at getting me a loaner car. And yes, same problem, but this time they said they contacted Mercedes headquarters and discovered that some of these C300 alternators are not aligned correctly which caused the serpentine belt to shred. At least I can believe that, but still can't say I'm comfortable driving my car again. If I could re-do, I would not buy a Mercedes. More
