Horrible customer service When they want to sell you a car they are excellent......but that is all. I called ahead to schedule an appointment to have my tire checked which we When they want to sell you a car they are excellent......but that is all. I called ahead to schedule an appointment to have my tire checked which we paid extra for to have tires and wheel insured, got there they seemed to not even know what i was talking about. "excuse me i called the day before....aren't you suppose to have a record of the appointment made? The girl on the phone could care less about what i was calling for, very rude. Got the tire checked they made me pay $243.74 for an "alignment" that apparently was not covered. Took them 8 hrs to get it done,my appointment was at 9am they called to pick up at 05:04pm and my car now has a check brake light on. Horrible service is an understatement. More

Check Engine light and Washer fluid leak. All issues with the car that we bought from this dealership were repaired and described in detail on the invoice that was emailed to me along with the ready for pickup email. Ask for TOM in service We have an older Mercedes that is driven only during the season. Quick and accomodating quality service I brought my employer's Mercedes to the Fort Myers location to find out if a side mirror could be replaced in matching color. Dean had an answer and q I brought my employer's Mercedes to the Fort Myers location to find out if a side mirror could be replaced in matching color. Dean had an answer and quote for her very quickly. He was then able to get the vehicle in and the mirror replaced the same day the final part arrived.
