Upsold me and didn't inform me of Mercedes-Benz USA special When my car dash display indicated it was time for a Service A, I took it to the dealership and the service advisor noted that the mileage was almost When my car dash display indicated it was time for a Service A, I took it to the dealership and the service advisor noted that the mileage was almost to the point of requiring a Service B. He seemed knowledgeable and considerate, so I agreed to the additional service. When I picked up my car I was charged over $800 for what was essentially an oil change and a brake fluid change. My husband went online to research what the Service B should entail, and what was the customary charge for the Service B. He discovered that Mercedes-Benz USA was running a "end of summer" special which consisted of $125 off of any services of $250 or more. The service advisor never mentioned the special while acting concerned, and telling that I would have to bring my car back in for another service in a short period of time if I didn't agree to the upgraded service. My husband called the dealership to inquire about the special and asked to speak to the service manager. He was transferred to that persons extension and was immediately connected to their voicemail. He left a message about the special and asked that someone please return his call. He left his name and cell phone number - no one has returned his call. I have to wonder whether the service advisor even knew about the special. If he didn't, then why wasn't he aware of a nationwide offer? If he was aware, why didn't he mention it? More

Terrible Service Sales group was good - service was horrible on 3 occasions - just for simple problems. Waited 50 minutes for service rep to intake the car. I learned things I didn’t know about certain things regarding the vehicle. Tom was great and explained the onboarding process to this dealership and all my prepaid maintenance and warranties. He told me when he would have me out before noon and he did. All the staff was nice and polite. We are thrilled with the service and are looking forward to a great relationship with MB - Fort Myers.
