Interesting! You have my phone number. Why didn't you call me directly rather than responding through the website? As a matter of fact I am now revising my finance experience to a one star because just today someone from your dealership reached out for my insurance information.....3 weeks after the purchase of the car...when I was told a third party was handling my registration in NY. I was also provided erroneous information on the wheel and tire warranty I purchased as well as having the wrong address on the paperwork and the wrong phone number. If you care about customer service you will reach out to me, unless you want to continue having this discussion publicly.
