I viewed a vehicle online at this store. I went in to test drive and look at the vehicle, (2015 GL450), 64000 miles on the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle, the ride was good. I was told by the sales person (John), that it had to be inspected by the dealer. Also, when I first looked at the vehicle the sales person said that two tires would be replaced. I asked if they would do an inspection that would qualify for Mercedes extended warranty. He said yes, and said he would contact me when it was done. I was contacted a few days later. I went back to purchase. I was told that the inspection was done and there were no issues found during the inspection. He then said I should not have said that they are not going to replace the tires. They did not replace two tires. He did show me a tire measure guage, that showed the tread was still somewhat decent, but not real good. It was in the yellow. I made the purchase. A week later, I had another inspection done because I was planning to drive out of town. After a diagnostic inspection that cost me over $200.00 I was told that the motor and transmission mounts were bad. To repair this was over $2000.00, after I had been told that the dealer inspection returned not issues. Also, I was told that the wiper blades were replaced before I purchased. The wiper on the passenger side is warped, the center does not touch the glass. So either they did not replace the wipers blades, or they installed a bad wiper blade. I did not expect the vehicle to be perfect, but certainly did not expect to have a repair of this amount just a few days after purchasing. I think that is very bad business. I will never ever go back to this store! More

I purchased a used PORSCHE MACAN for my wife from Mercedes of Ft Myers and was very impressed by the professional, courtesy, and integrity of the people I dealt with, starting with my sales person, J Mercedes of Ft Myers and was very impressed by the professional, courtesy, and integrity of the people I dealt with, starting with my sales person, John Thomas. The car was exactly as he described it, they priced it fairly, didn't add a lot of unwanted extras, and offered me a reasonable price on my trade-in. The business person, Aaron Woronowski, was great to work with and respectful of my time and what I wanted. I would recommend Mercedes of Ft Meyers to anyone who is looking to get a good deal and be treated well when purchasing a car. Wish I could give them 6 stars! More

We brought our GL to Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers for the emissions recall campaign. After two weeks we went to pick it up and there was a noise which the shop foreman verified and the kept it another week emissions recall campaign. After two weeks we went to pick it up and there was a noise which the shop foreman verified and the kept it another week to find they left a bolt out. We went to pick it up and there was a harsh vibration which the foreman verified and they kept it another week to adjust the new exhaust. After finally picking it up, I found the front grille was broken as was the mount for the grille and right headlight. There was a nick on the left wheel rim and a clamp got the engine compartment fuse box was missing as were three push rivets and two 10mm bolts from the undercarriage. The dealership provided a new front grille but refused to fix or replace anything else. I order the missing parts from another MB dealer and won’t be returning to MB of Fort Myers. More
