However, I was so pleased with Rhonda's compassion and knowledge of MB that I felt comfortable making this transaction happen. I ended up driving home with a beautiful 2013 350e. Time is valuable and every time there has been a recall repair or a button falls off, I end up sitting at this dealership for hours. Today is because the wiper fluid pump failed and new tires. Has been 3 hours and I just heard it's going to be another hour and a half. Once I waited 7 hours for a minor recall repair. No food... And starving makes me cranky, so bring a picnic lunch if you plan to come here. At least there's free wifi in the waiting room, so you can warn others. More

New car nightmare Bought new car last week in this dealership, next day found out paint on back spoiler and trunk was completely removed in one spot during pre-sale det Bought new car last week in this dealership, next day found out paint on back spoiler and trunk was completely removed in one spot during pre-sale detailing. Also found out back bumper was fixed and part of it painted over but was not properly replaced. Contacted dealership, brought car back to them to check on problems. Nobody wanted to talk to us or cared about our "problem" that we just fully paid for in their dealership. Manager was angry and unpleasant to talk to, offered to repaint "some spots" on brand new car. Nobody apologized for anything. Stay away from this dealership, do not buy from them!!! Unless you do not care about that they do not care about you!!! Edited on 04/13/2015 General Manager of this dealership personally took care of our problem to our full satisfaction!!! Thank you Mr. Paine, we are really appreciated your service. We are also appreciated the work of sales consultant, Sergey who went above and beyond to help us with this issue, unlike sales manager, Emilio who is not a pleasant person to work with at all !!!
