Horrible experience, possibly the worst Service Department I've ever been to. I own 8 vehicles, including Teslas, Maserati and Alfa Romeos, Mercedes and Fords, etc etc. This has been hands down t Department I've ever been to. Bunch of scam artists trying to take your money providing NO service whatsoever. I would stay away, these are the kinds of people that would break something on your vehicle while it's there for service, so they can charge you five times the amount to "fix" the broken things they did. Update The Service Manager reached out to me and explained that the rep I was dealing with was new and did not understand how things work. After he spoke with the mechanic and the rep on the case, he decided to issue a full refund to me and personally call and apologize. I appreciate it and have changed my rating. Thank you for making things right. I will further change to 5 star once I bring back the vehicle for service and see how they perform. More
