I just had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Mercedes E450 Cabriolet this past Thursday, September 21, 2023. I stopped in on Saturday the 16th to just look and I met a very kind & patient sales Mercedes E450 Cabriolet this past Thursday, September 21, 2023. I stopped in on Saturday the 16th to just look and I met a very kind & patient salesman named Matt. I said patient because I arrived at 4:30 pm and was there till 5:45 pm, 45 minutes after they were to close. But they waited until all my questions were answered while showing me the new E450 on the showroom floor. I liked the car so much that for the next four days I did my research and talked to both of my sons to find out what they thought about the car I had selected. They both gave their approval and I called Matt Thursday morning and told him I was coming in to purchase the car. Every thing went smoothly and we came to a deal. But I had one problem. I was so excided about purchasing the E450 Cabriolet when I left home that I realized that I forgot my checkbook to pay for the car. NO PROBLEM! The Dealer let me complete the sale, let me drive the car home and Matt (a fine salesman) followed me home to get the check. That's going the extra mile for a customer.
