I borught my E350 in for service and I was actually able to receive same day service, Jean kept me informed of my estimated wait time, came and found me in the waiting room to update me and had my car completed and washed while I worked at the business desk. To top it off he walked me out to my car and handed me an ice cold bottled water for the road on a warm day. Foothill Ranch Mercedes really takes great pride the extra attention to detail and it makes all the difference. Jean was courteous, efficient and greets his customers with a warm smile! I have bought several cars from Mercedes Benz and will continue to do so ….all because of the customer service I receive from my purchase to maintenance repairs.
