The problem (loose window frame) was not fixed. The technician claimed it could not be fixed which sounds ridiculous. Even worse, we found out that we were tricked to purchase "wheel and tire plus" pa technician claimed it could not be fixed which sounds ridiculous. Even worse, we found out that we were tricked to purchase "wheel and tire plus" package by the sales person which did not cover as much as we thought. When leased car back in September 2019, the person (Mossy) made us believe that the "wheel and tire plus" package covers all wheel/tire replacement which turned out not the case. We would not have wasted money on that package if he told us the limitation of it up front. I was trying to talk to Anthony to cancel this package sold to us through bad sales practice but he refused. Guess the only thing we can do is to find an alternative brand after the lease is done. Ran out of loaners even though I requested one when I made the service appointment. I ended up just waiting there and they were able to complete the service within the quoted 90-minute timeframe. Mike was extremely helpful. I arrived last minute before service closing with my next to new car overheating, twenty miles from home, with my toddler son in tow. He had me in and out in a loaner in twenty m service closing with my next to new car overheating, twenty miles from home, with my toddler son in tow. He had me in and out in a loaner in twenty minutes flat. Next day, calls me up and says the issue is fixed via warranty and to boot, took care of some recall stuff that was lingering around, including one that had literally just come up. He was genuinely nice, amazingly efficient, and overall just a genial nice human being to be around. Because of Mike, even though I didn’t buy my car from this dealership, and I only come to the area twice a week and don’t live nearby, I will be bringing my vehicle to Mike for every single upcoming service I need.
