I found this one representative about the experience one can have with a car service center, though. Long story short, I had bought new tires online and installed them in one of the recommended places from the online seller. I had to return to that place multiple times (at least 3) since there was a persisting vibration around 75 miles/hour on the highway. I stopped trusting that installer after seeing no improvements so I thought about the MB of Flemington service center to resolve my problem. I got an immediate appointment (very good experience on that aspect, as well), and I appreciated how my request to come first thing in the morning was satisfied. The staff I dealt with, lead by Art Bongiorno, met (surpassed) all my expectations. They showed me what was causing my issue (one of the tires was out of the allowed runout range). Kudos to the master foreman (sorry, don't remember his name) for doing a great job with the explanation. After that, the mechanics did such a good job with balancing the wheels, including the one with the defective tire, that the vibration was barely perceptible anymore. I got copies from the charts that the balancing machine produced to help me get a replacement tire from the online seller. As a matter of fact, at the time I am writing this review, I already received the replacement tire and got it installed, of course, at the MB Flemington service center, as well. All in all I would recommend this service center to any of my friends (irrespective of their owning a Mercedes or not). Also, as I told Mr. Art Bongiorno, as well, I will be thinking a lot about getting another Mercedes as my second car. Thank you, Serban Vasile, Clinton NJ 08809 More

I took it to MB Flemington on my mechanic's recommendation and was helped by Artie. It was a challenging diagnosis but Artie and his guys kept on it and figured out that the computer on the engine had a malfunction. He was very upfront and informed me that it was covered under warranty (otherwise the part would have cost me ~$1500). They fixed the problem and I did not have to pay anything. It was also very useful that the dealership even gave me a loaner even though I did not buy my car from their store. I really appreciated the service. More

The service was fast, efficient and the service advisor, Arthur, was knowledgeable and made me feel like I was a long-time customer. As a life long Benz owner, this was the best and most stress free visit I have had with a service center. My thanks to Arthur and the entire service team. More

Even when I was dealing with another dealership that was offering a significantly discounted price for the GL450 I wanted Gerry was amazing and professional in guiding me to get what I wanted & vet the deal even if it meant he lost the sale and I purchased elsewhere. In the end the other dealership's sales rep was not ethical and the price they were quoting was a phantom one. Gerry was fantastic when I came back to him for help in getting my GL450. He made sure I understood the process and build timings. Gerry updated me regularly along the way. Of course, I wish I could have negotiated a better price, but I would much rather work with an ethical professional like Gerry in a heartbeat. I recommend Gerry Leon 1,000%. More

Great sevice. I had to bring my car in for a ESP warning on my dash. As soon I walked into service the receptionist smiled and asked how she could help me. Then Arthur came out and asked me what the problem was and said he would get someone to look at it. The girls at the front desk told me there was coffee or snacks if I would like some. Arthur had one of the technicians look at my car and it needed a sensor. Thankfully he had it in stock, nice surprise, so they fixed the problem. Arthur asked if I had a few more minutes so they could wash my car, and I did. What a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Flemington Mercedes Benz service. We were so happy with our last experience at MB of Flemington...and found ourselves fighting over the new GLK...we decided to check out a certified 2011 E350 4matic that had just come in to the showro Flemington...and found ourselves fighting over the new GLK...we decided to check out a certified 2011 E350 4matic that had just come in to the showroom. Vasil took great care of us, once again, and sent us home in it the next day. To get the car looking prefect, they back ordered a part for us. It came in as promised, was expertly installed, and looks great!! I can't call it a repair, because it's like new. Thanks again to the great folks at MB of Flemington. More
