Purchased my new Mercedes Benz from them... and had a wonderful easy experience.. from ordering to delivery and transfer of my NY plates. I live in NY and my partner lives in NJ.. one day before my current Mercedes lease was up, we stopped by and was greeted by Ryan.. with a smile ( I think.. wearing a mask ) and a hello.. I told him my lease was coming due in a few months and was looking at a new vehicle. I explained that I live in NY and he said not an issue.. We discussed what I wanted and he suggested a test drive in a model that I wanted,.,.,,. with my partner We went out and enjoyed the car.. so I decided to get a price on a lease.. after I told him what I wanted in an ordered car.. He came back with a number.. and we discussed it ore and then Dylan, the sales manager, got involved. We did come to an agreement and I ordered my GLA.. I was shocked that they did meet my desired lease pricing and left happy.. When I returned back to Long Island.. discussed this deal with my friends at my current dealership. They agreed the price was good and they could not better it... I then got a little nervous and emailed Ryan to make sure all the numbers were correct.. and they were, so I was excited and waiting for my car to arrive. It did come in early and was contacted by Ryan to fill out a credit app and we arranged a time for my partner and I to pick up the car and return my leased Mercedes to them. Upon arrival there... again was greeted by Ryan and he showed my my new GLA and I gave him the keys to Cabriolet for him to remove my plates. After he did the paperwork on my return.,. was showed to the finance manager to finish my deal. He also was pleasant and professional and we did all necessary paperwork with no problem.. and he even got me a great price on an extra I had before to put on my new GLA.. We then went to go over the GLA with the Concierge and explained the features and options that I picked out.. and he paired my phone and set up the navigation to put in my home address. All went smoothly and I was totally pleased and happy that we chose to stop in there to check out the dealership. I was told new owners.. within the last year. as the old owners, management did not treat us as well. I was a salesperson at my Mercedes dealership on Long Island before I retired and was happy to see Ryan and everyone there treat us as I hope I treated all my customers when I was selling them. I definitely recommend this dealership for their professionalism and knowledge.. and service. 5 STAR$ to everyone there Thank you More

This is the easiest review for me regarding Mercedes Benz of Flemington. First called a few weeks ago and spoke to internet specialist Ms. Margaret. She was very nice and professional and answered all of my questions. Major kudos to management who hired her...Yesterday i spoke to Janae another top shelf person at this dealership. Ms. Janae and i agreed on a price for a 2021 c300 coupe. She broke down the cost and we were on our way. Thanks sooo much Ms. Janae...Today January 13th , 2021 picked up the car and drove back to New York. I also met Sales Manger Evan when i walked in and he knew my name and said he was glad to meet me. I thanked him for all he did and he was greatly appreciative for me comments. I was also met Mr. Vinny who took car of some of the paper work and showed me all the different gadgets surrounding this car....Lastly i met The Finance Manager Raymond who took care of the rest. He was quick and nice and more important no Surprises. At the end of the day if you want a family run business with All Staff that are polite and know what they are doing. Go and give Mercedes Benz Flemington a try. I Drove 2 hours to get there and was VERY VERY IMPRESSED.. In addition, Mr. Dylan (GENERAL MANAGER)also emailed me a couple a weeks back thanking me for considering his dealership. I emailed him back thanking him. We were looking for a new Mercedes-Benz GLE AMG 63s coupe and we stopped in to the Flemington Mercedes Benz dealership but they did not have one. I spoke with Greg JR who was fantastic. Sammy was our sales person and he was easy to speak with and answered all of her questions without any hesitation. I generally hate car shopping, but MB of Flemington made the process essentially painless. I was able to handle the negotiations and financing online which I greatly appreciated.
