She was an absolute know-it-all who knew next to nothing. I have bought several certified pre-owned Mercedes so I know what to expect and the level of service you typically get. This was nothing like any prior experiences. I understand everyone needs to eat, but stuffing your face while I'm trying to work with you to negotiate a deal? Completely classless. The rest of the staff that I dealt with was fine but I couldn't let this experience go without writing this review. I hope someone in management realizes how disrespectful and classless this woman Lucinda is and takes appropriate action. More
