Kathryn did her level best to walk me through the buying process, quickly evaluate my trade in value, take me on the test drive, and answer all of my questions along the way. If she did not know something she found out and explained it to me or had someone to assist with the answer. I walked away with a fair price, an unexpected goodie bag, and the feeling that I was valued as a client, not a customer. That's important to me as I work in client service at my company and have expectations on how I am treated throughout any type of service situation or business transaction. He explained everything to me for the breakdown of the sale and worked with me to get the best deal possible. Finally, the Finance Manager, Rachel Ross, made going through F&I paperwork a breeze, but with thorough explanation. She even met me before work to get the last of the paperwork that the dealership needs so I did not have to drive an hour back there to give it to them. That is the epitome of stellar client service! Shout out to Linda Jorden who was very gracious when I started my visit off by dumping water all over the floor in front of her desk. She was an absolute know-it-all who knew next to nothing. I have bought several certified pre-owned Mercedes so I know what to expect and the level of service you typically get. This was nothing like any prior experiences. I understand everyone needs to eat, but stuffing your face while I'm trying to work with you to negotiate a deal? Completely classless. The rest of the staff that I dealt with was fine but I couldn't let this experience go without writing this review. I hope someone in management realizes how disrespectful and classless this woman Lucinda is and takes appropriate action. More
