LIES, LIES, LIES. Their new building may look very classy, but there is not ONE oz. of class on the inside. We purchased a vehicle from them over the summer and was tol Their new building may look very classy, but there is not ONE oz. of class on the inside. We purchased a vehicle from them over the summer and was told that four new rotors were put on, that was a condition of us buying the vehicle. Come to find out, all four rotors aren't even the same, they need to be replaced and I cannot get a truthful answer out of anyone in the building. The only classy, honest salesperson in the dealership is no longer there but is still trying to help us get to the bottom of this. However, the general sales manager has gone radio silent in responding to me. I was given a story that the rotors were turned, not replaced. However, when I showed him the text messages from the service department and the sales associate that they were supposed to have been replaced, the story kept changing. I've received nothing but lies and excuses. We just want to be reimbursed for the cost of the rotors and labor to replace them. The GM won't return any single phone call I've made to him. This is a huge disappointment and by far one of the worst experiences we've ever had with a dealership. DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! More

Exceptional customer service 🙌🏽 I called to schedule an appointment for overdue maintenance service with a loaner. I spoke with Dwayne Autry and he informed me that it could possibly I called to schedule an appointment for overdue maintenance service with a loaner. I spoke with Dwayne Autry and he informed me that it could possibly be a week out. I explained to him that I was approaching 65 days overdue(life was beyond busy). Dwayne asked me to hold on and he would try. Dwayne came back on the line and asked me if I could be there the following day at 8:00am. Needless to say, I was grateful for the much needed appointment and of course he put me in a 2020 loaner (smooth move...I started to call an uber, so I could rid myself of the temptation). I loved the loaner!!!! Aht! Aht! Not upgrading 😎! Jamie has always handle my services and done it so well (love Jamie). But I'm so glad that Mercedes of Fayetteville has a competent team of professionals that can seemlessly meet my needs. Dwayne asked if I was military and applied to my balance..saved me some money and that's always a plus. Thank you for the professionalism and outstanding customer service.
