Our salesman, Landen Roberts, was very personable and professional. He was the only person we dealt with through the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, but after we did he made sure we connected our phones through the Mercedes app and showed us how to navigate the touch screen. The dealership was closing but he never rushed us! We were also greeted by Diane and John. They each took a moment to introduce themselves and make sure we were comfortable. We can honestly say this was the most pleasant car-buying experience ever!! More
