Customer sales and services Rossi Yeager was our sales person she was very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. She went well beyond her duties to show us the new GLE 35 Rossi Yeager was our sales person she was very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. She went well beyond her duties to show us the new GLE 350 along with the service department. She was very proud of her company and their ability to take care of all our needs from purchase to service! Angel in service was very helpful working on our ML 350 he did a great job! 2017 Mercedes GLE 43 Upon arriving at the Mercedes-Benz of Farmington my wife, son and I were immediately greeted by Rossi who was both professional and friendly. Rossi wa Upon arriving at the Mercedes-Benz of Farmington my wife, son and I were immediately greeted by Rossi who was both professional and friendly. Rossi was more than patient as we considered numerous vehicles and attempted to keep the attention of our child. After deciding on a vehicle it was clear our child would not allow us to complete the purchase at that time. We let Rossi know the situation and she was more than understanding. We left the dealership and later returned to a fully fueled and detailed vehicle. Rossi quickly guided us through the remaining steps of the purchasing process, provided us with a fair trade-in value on our prior vehicle and got us out the door in our new vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. It should also be noted Rossi cancelled her evening plans to ensure she remained with us through the purchasing process. Great buying experience. We will purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Farmington in the future. More

Great Experience I found the car I wanted but it was not yet at the Dealer. When I called on the car I received frequent updates and as soon as the car arrived. I was able to view the car and do all the paperwork and pick it up as soon as it was ready.
