Frustrated I have been a long time Mercedes owner that lives close to Farmington Mercedes. We have received phone calls from them bad-mouthing Mercedes of Salt I have been a long time Mercedes owner that lives close to Farmington Mercedes. We have received phone calls from them bad-mouthing Mercedes of Salt Lake and saying they are the highest rated luxury dealership and we should only deal with them. And they keep calling about a car we got rid of 3 years ago. My wife just received a card from them thanking her for servicing her car at their dealership. The date of the service says Dec 24, 2017 , which hasn't occurred yet, and the vin number is not one of the two Mercedes we currently own. Looks like they are making things up and going out and buying up sales lists that are outdated and certainly not accurate. These guys are a joke. I have had friends that have owned Mercedes go in and have walked out. Although they think I service my cars there, I don't. And if they continue to use their chosen type of marketing, I never will and neither will my friends. I have been a long time customer of Mercedes of Salt Lake, and although it is much further to get to, I know I am getting an honest and ethical dealership, that takes care of my car and more importantly takes care of me! Don't waste your time with Mercedes of Farmington! More

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT Not sure why I keep calling and expecting something different. They ALWAYS have an excuse as to why they can't work on my car. We purchased a new Mercedes from Ken Garff in SLC but this store is closer to home so we were excited to have an option for service. While their prices are a little better than Garff, their staff are clueless. EVERY TIME I call I am given some song and dance as to why they can't work on my car. We have a Mercedes extended warranty and they refuse to help us. Guys...I bought the warranty from Mercedes. Their staff needs some SERIOUS training in customer service would be great to talk to people who are happy to help, competent in their workmanship and professional in their communication. For all of that I'll go to Ken Garff Mercedes. More
Dead battery, then kindness I bought a used Honda and the next morning it wouldn't start. I called Jason and he sent Bryant to check it out. Bryant came to my work place, picked I bought a used Honda and the next morning it wouldn't start. I called Jason and he sent Bryant to check it out. Bryant came to my work place, picked me up, then drove me to my house where the car was in the garage. He determined it was the battery and they installed a brand new one. Jason was awesome and so was Bryant. They did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. The bay area was so clean, the employees all looked sharp. It's a classy place and I'm very happy. I never thought I'd be in a Mercedes Benz dealership and it was fun to be there and the people were friendly and helpful and it was a good experience. I love my new Honda. Added 8/5/17, 2 days after buying car Now that I've had time to think about my experience, there is one thing I want to include in my review. I felt I was forced to use their financing. I bought the car on my lunch hour and told them I had financing set up through my credit union. They told me they worked with my CU, and many others, so using mine for financing wouldn't be a problem. I went to work for a few hours then returned to MB to finalize the contract. They had the contract all done then told me they no longer worked with my CU, but I could use Golden West CU and they really pushed it. I told them my CU was five mins away and I could be right back with a check. They told me the docs were already done and using their credit union was "easiest" and that was the end of it. I feel I was insistent about using my CU and they shut me down. It might have been easier for MB, but I would rather pwork with my CU and pay them the interest. My CU had a slightly lower interest rate, not a huge difference, but lower. I think that if I had been more insistent, it wouldn't have mattered. I do need a backbone. I do love my car, though. More

One price : frustrating but, honestly, best experience ever I had two experiences with that dealer and both were very very good. Honnestly, it's by far, the best dealership I worked with. The first time, 2 months ago, I wanted to buy a one year old BMW X1. I received a total and very good service (personal video received on my phone, car perfectly cleaned and ready for the drive test, nice and professional sales person, welcomed by the manager, ...) but I have not bought the car because of that, somehow, frustrating 'one price' policy, which is somehow good because you get a good price from start, and somehow bad because you pay the price anyone who see and pay in their website and partner websites and, then, don't feel like being special or having get a very good deal. I then bought an Audi Q3 in a different place. But... I came a second time, to drive test a used BMW z4. Same than before : all was perfect (nice people, nice place, cleaned and ready car... and I'm a French very demanding customer and found nothing to complain about) That time I decided to buy the car despite that one price policy / no gift policy I dislike but... ... got extra care, very valuable work : they agreed to fix minor stuff I found ; my sales resp. worked when I needed her despite she was supposed to be off ; she negotiated for me a very good interest rate and, most of all, helped me getting that same rate from my bank despite they would get less incentives working with them (I wanted to have all my loans in the same bank but at the lowest APR) It was not the best choice for them, but they did it. For me. For the customer. At the end, despite reducing the purchasing price or offering some gifts which is not their policy, they did absolutely all a customer would expect and did it perfectly. Paperwork was smooth and fast as well. To make it short : All was perfect and I sincerly recommand that dealer. It's the best car buying experience I had so far. Once again, our experience was incredible as Rossi was committed to finding us the perfect car, an ML350. Their team stayed at the shop until 10pm helping us make a decision between the two cars we loved, and I can't thank them enough for working late and being so patient with us! The follow up after our purchase was incredible (yet again) -- thank you texts, multiple follow up calls/texts to make sure everything was still going well, and a thank you card. We are definitely life long customers of Mercedes of Farmington! More
