Awful customer service from GM Nick Sandoval. We buy a 2013 BMW X5. Engine light comes on twice within 30 days of owning. Before we even got our license plates. I find that to be a problem. I as We buy a 2013 BMW X5. Engine light comes on twice within 30 days of owning. Before we even got our license plates. I find that to be a problem. I asked if the car had thoroughly been serviced making sure everything works. Of course they said yes. I said if we purchased the car I wanted to make sure it was spotless. Engine wise and detailed wise. They assured me yes everything was great. Obviously that is not the case when the engine light comes on twice. Long story short, we took it in, they had it a week, said they fixed it and we needed to pay $1700. I would have taken it to my own mechanic to have looked at had they not told me all was checked out and well. GM Nick Sandoval called my husband only after he saw the 1 star rating he gave his dealership only to argue and berate and be combative with him blaming us for leaving the review! And this is the GM!? With a name like Mercedes you expect a certain level of customer service. Nick has none. He belongs at a shady car dealership on State Street in SLC. He had no intention of doing the right thing and he didn't. I sure hope you don't shop here and definitely look elsewhere before thinking of using the horrific dealership. More

First trip to Mercedes-Benz or Farmington This is the best car dealership I’ve been to. Our sales person, Rossi Yerage was awesome. She was very knowledgeable on the initial used car we were This is the best car dealership I’ve been to. Our sales person, Rossi Yerage was awesome. She was very knowledgeable on the initial used car we were looking at and suggested that we look at the Mercedes as well. We came home with the Mercedes. There was no pressure to purchase the car. Once we made the decision to move forward are deal and paper work was done in less than an hour as promised. With I ever make a new car purchase again, Mercedes of Farmington will be our first option. Thank you again for everything Rossi. Your the best! More

Simple, no haggle pricing. No other fees Ive bought two cars from this dealership now, and probably will continue. Their pricing is competitive and straight forward. No extra crap fees.
