Rossi was very impressive with her expertise in the Mercedes models and in her patience with me finding just the right vehicle. She gave exceptional presentation and follow up all with no pressure. The Manager on site was pleasant and very helpful as well as the ancillary staff on site. I was greeted by the General Manager Nick when at the dealership, and he had great customer service and exceptional personalized care and follow up. The service department manager also followed through with requests and items needing attended to. I will recommend Mercedes to anyone, but will only refer to this location for purchasing.
