Very personable & I didn't feel pressured. Easy & painless. Prior to even deciding to go I was sent all the dealer labor on the car, CARFAX report, original sticker price, a video of the car I was interested in and always quick response time. Normally dealerships stress me out, but I didn't feel that way here. Also I couldn't believe that there weren't any hidden or additional fees. The sticker price is what you pay (plus sales tax & DMV stuff of course, but no dealer fees added at all). Did I mention they were pretty quick too? I wouldn't hesitate to go back if the opportunity came up again. More
