The day of pick-up for my new vehicle she had it there in the showroom with a bow on top making it the best present I've received and yet from myself. Her excitement for me mixed with my own made it feel like a miniature party for myself. She also sat with me and was my live manual book taking her time showing me every function of the vehicle. I'm all about customer service and she is the definition of great customer service. Overall, my car buying experience exceeded my every expectation. I went in to purchase a car that I saw online and at first the dealership was very helpful. I purchased the car just before Christmas 2011. 2 days after I took the car home I had problems with the aut first the dealership was very helpful. I purchased the car just before Christmas 2011. 2 days after I took the car home I had problems with the automatic transmission. The car came with a 90 day warranty so I figured I would be OK. It took the dealership several visits to even figure out what the problem could be. What shocked me was they use an outside mechanic for their repairs. Even though they have a full staff of certified mechanics, my car was sent to a personal friend of the managers transmission shop. Let's just say that after 4 months and several used loaner cars later the problem was still not fixed. I took the car to Audi next door and they diagnosed what was wrong. When I presented Mike Pragano with what Audi found, he told me that were simply trying to sell an expensive part and that wasnt the issue. I eventually gave up (which I regret) and the car still has the same transmission issues. I wish the dealer would contact me back and fix this issue. I spent a lot of money with them and feel like I totally got shafted. More
